How long does it take to set up the photo booth?
To set up the photo booth it takes approximately an hour, which will be set up prior to your requested start time.
How does the booth work?
It is pretty simple. You touch the screen to commence, pose and smile after 15 seconds take your instant print out. Our attendant will be there to help you take the best pictures possible.
Is there a limit to the number of photos that can be taken at my event?
There is NO limit at all. Every rental comes with unlimited photo sessions throughout your rental time. Guests may return to the Booth as many times as they wish and they are not limited to any number of photographs.
How to choose between classic enclosed photo booth and an Open Air Photo Booth?

All events are different and the same applies to the guests attending. Therefore, we provide the hosts the ability to choose between an open or closed HDC photo booth.
Open Air Photo Booth: This booth means more people can fit enabling them to create group memories that will last a lifetime.
Classic Enclosed Photo Booth: Closed photo booth gives the guests a little more privacy, those who are reserved can be spontaneous and crazily fun unlike they would with other people watching.
You get the same high quality photos whichever booth you choose so the choice is yours.

What is the maximum capacity of the photo booth?
The Enclosed Photo Booth can fit a maximum of 5 people while the Open Air Photo Booth can accommodate a maximum of 10 people.
What sort of equipment would I get in a photo booth?
We use a 18 megapixel Cannon DSLR accompanied by a professional dye-subliminal photo printer. The prints received will have the same quality as that a photo lab.
Does the photo booth come with props?
Of course it does, that is the fun in it. We offer a variety of props ranging from hats, glasses, wigs, boas, signs and many other unique props for your guests to have fun in while in the photo booth
I have a professional photographer, why should I rent a photo booth?
This is a good question and most of our clients ask the same. A photographer will be in charge of taking photos of the event. A photo booth is a source of entertainment to your guests and they will have a souvenir to take back home. Clearly, the photo booth is the “it” thing at an event.
Will I get a copy of all the pictures from the event?
Definitely. You will receive digital copy of all the photos taken during the event in a disc.
Can an outdoor event be accommodated?
This is very possible, if the weather is favorable. Else, shelter would be required in case of rain or strong winds.
What is the amount of space needed for a photo booth set-up?
The ultimate area required for a photo booth is 2.5m x 2m. This is meant to give enough room for the backdrop, prop box table and ample distance for ease in moving in or out.
What number of photo print out will I get after every photo session?
After each photo booth session the booth will produce two copies of a 2×6 photo strip, in approximately 15 seconds.
Will there be an attendant onsite during the event?
Definitely, a professional attendant will be assigned to your event dressed in our company uniform. They will be onsite to assist your guests during through process in the booth and will be responsible for removing the photo booth from the site once the event is over.
Do you offer a Scrapbook?
If your selected package includes this option, our attendant will come with a scrapbook and a copy of each photo strip will be attached to a page. There will be pens available for your guests to leave their best regards.
What happens if I need more rental time during my event?
Occasionally, we get requests from our clients to extend the coverage time for an hour or two. Well, rental time extension is possible you will only have to consult with our assigned attendant.
What is the requirement to reserve HDC Photo Booth for your event?
To book our Photo Booth you will need to sign a service agreement plus a depository fee that is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be cleared seven days prior to the event.
